This recipe is a great way to elevate your weekly steak dinner. My favourite thing about chimichurri is how subtle the flavours are, it acts as a back up singer for the steak- completing the seasoning of the meat. Hats off to our Argentinian friends because they knew what they were doing with this one !

Chimichurri
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander (5 g)
7tbsp of finely chopped parley (25g)
3 cloves of crushed garlic
2 small red chillies
1/2 onion
150ml olive oil
1 tbsp of dried mixed herbs
2 pinches of course salt
3 tbsp of red wine vinegar
Method
Finley chop parsley, coriander, garlic, red chillies and onion.
Add the chopped ingredients to a bowl.
Pour the olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Add the salt and mixed herbs.
Mix until everything is incorporated.
Serve with steak and enjoy !
